“Hospitality is ground zero for the Christian faith.” - Rosaria Butterfield, our featured speaker
Calling all women! Biblical hospitality isn’t about pretty, folded napkins. It’s not about preparing the perfect meal or being the most entertaining host. Biblical hospitality is about leading people to Christ through authentic relationships. By welcoming the stranger and making a meaningful connection, we create space for God to move. By the end of the night, you’ll view your table as a mission field.
This is where we start change in our communities and in every nation, at The Table.
Tickets are $10 and include a lovely boxed dinner and dessert prepared by Chef Tim Malloy.
The last day to sign up is October 26.
This evening will be recorded live on the ‘She Is Becoming’ podcast hosted by Bev and Delaney.
Wed, Nov 3 | Grace Church Eden Prairie Auditorium, 6:15p-8:30p
Wed, Nov 3 | Grace Church Chaska Cafeteria, 6:15p-8:30p
Two hundred million Christians live in fear for their lives each day because of their faith. This film documents the real-life heroic struggle of Christians facing persecution for no other reason than living and loving as Jesus taught. They understand that no price is too high because love costs everything.
This documentary was created in 2011 and features one of Grace’s own missionaries. However, our missionary says that the persecution today is even more intense than when the documentary was filmed. She will join us after the film for a live Q&A. We’ll hear about the heartbreaking state of the persecuted church in the Middle East today and the strength of believers living in some of the hardest places.
You’ll leave challenged and inspired in your faith with a better understanding of the realities that so many Jesus followers are facing globally.
Disclaimer: The documentary carries an R-rating, and deals with very heavy scenarios. This is probably not the best event for young children; it is similar to Free Burma Rangers which was shown last year during Missions Week.
The movie will replace our regular Wednesday programming for all students grades 6-12.
Fri, Oct 29 | Grace Church Eden Prairie Chapel, 6p-8:30p

Around the world, the call to courageous hospitality is making meaningful connections, crossing culture, and taking risks for the cause of Christ. Biblical hospitality is not about pretty, folded napkins but about authentic relationships that lead people to Christ. One of the most effective ways to reach lost people is to welcome the stranger. You will see your table as a mission field by the end of the night!
