POSITION STRUCTURE AND DETAILS

Reports to: Director of Grace Kids
Location: Eden Prairie
Hours/week: 16 hours
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Grace is a multi-site, non-denominational church committed to a workplace that equips interns with an excellent opportunity to experience ministry in a local church context.  The Grace Kids intern will provide new ideas as well as support with projects from inception to execution.  The Grace Kids intern will work alongside the Director, Managers, Associate, Coordinators, and Administrative Assistant to accomplish the following:

• Prep for Vacation Bible School by cutting, copying, and laminating signage, lanyards, lesson plans, kids' activities, teacher materials + staging classrooms, and rotation stations.
• Inventory, reorganize, and refresh the books, toys, cabinets, supplies, equipment, closets, and storage for every Grace Kids classroom.
• Prep fall kickoff by creating, populating, and working through a prioritized recruitment list for Grace Kids disciplers and making sample crafts and generating activity shopping lists for September – November.
• Other duties as assigned.
