Go Teams

Our mission as a church is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ across the street and around the world. One way we do this is by going boldly outside of our cultural context on a short-term mission trip.

When we commit to go, we surrender our plans to God and say, "Here am I, Lord, send me." We are all called to go, but "Where?" and "How long?" are the questions we must prayerfully consider. We must also consider the cost of time and treasure while remembering the gain of life-changing global impact, an expanded view of God’s love for the world, and an increased desire and ability to share our faith at home.

Uganda (OneLess)

Go Team, Africa

It all started with a church under a mango tree in a remote village in Northern Uganda. Now, the village of Pawel is home to a large church, an elementary school, and homes for refugee children from Northern Sudan. Partner with John & Christine Pipes and the Uganda GO Team to serve the refugee children and the entire village of Pawel. This GO Team will host a VBS for the village and refugee children, provide basic medical care and host discipleship-focused training for youth, women, and men.

I am interested in this trip

Go Teams

The comfort zone is the danger zone.

It’s very easy to sit in the comfort of our homes, American culture, and our Christian cocoon while losing sight of the world Jesus calls us to reach with the good news of the Gospel. Make this the year you join us on one of our Go Teams.
