Location: Eden Prairie
Hours/week: 16 hours/week
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Hospitality Assistant is a part-time position based on business needs and will work an estimated 16 hours per week (4 hours per day). The Hospitality Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
- Clerical office tasks
- Backing up the Receptionist at the Welcome Desk and Switchboard
- Customer service ability
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiar with basic software, such as Word and Excel
PROFESSIONAL AND SPIRITUAL EXPECTATIONS
- Educational requirements: High School or equivalent
- Experience required: Office and receptionist experience preferred, training is available
- Demonstrate a personal passion to minister to people within the context of the local church
- Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as evidenced by the manifestation of the fruit of the Holy Spirit
- Has a commitment to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20)
- Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with the utmost integrity in all situations
