A Summer Assistant Teacher is assigned to a classroom and partners with the lead teacher in the daily implementation of lessons and care. This position has a set schedule each week and is seasonal (end of May- August).
A float teacher supports assigned grade-level classrooms throughout the day. Responsibilities include assisting as needed, preparing and delivering supplies, and helping with snack and milk service. Float teachers also serve as built-in substitutes for the classrooms they support. This position follows a consistent weekly schedule and is year-round.
An Assistant Teacher is assigned to a classroom and partners with the lead teacher in the daily implementation of lessons and care. This position has a set schedule each week and is year-round.
Ages: 6 weeks – 15 months
An Assistant Teacher is assigned to a classroom and partners with the lead teacher in the daily implementation of lessons and care. This position has a set schedule each week and is year-round.
Ages: Starts with 6 weeks and follows until 23 months
A Lead teacher is assigned to a classroom and is responsible for lesson planning, parent relations, assessments, conferences, and biblical integration. Lead teachers will work with their assistant teachers to daily implement lessons and care for each child. This position has a set schedule each week and is year-round.
Substitute teachers step in to cover the full shift of the teacher they are replacing. In this role, you will partner with permanent teaching staff to maintain classroom routines, support lesson implementation, and assist with daily classroom operations for children ages 0–5. Scheduling is based on staff absences.
