Care Groups

A small group of people who come together for a defined season to address a key need or season in their lives and offer biblical support, encouragement, and care to those who are hurting.

What We Offer

A variety of groups, including:

Blended Families

For dating, engaged, and married couples with blended families covering topics on circumstances that are unique to blended families as you strengthen your marriage.

For those experiencing the pain and stress of separation or divorce.

DivorceCare for Kids

For children ages 5-12 to gain an age-appropriate understanding of separation and divorce.

Embrace Moms

For single women in their teens and twenties who are expecting or parenting.

Foster & Adoption Support Group

For women who have adopted, are in the process of adopting, currently fostering, providing kinship care, or temporarily hosting children.

GriefShare

For people grieving the death of a loved one.

Special Event: Surviving the Holidays
If you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, the holiday season can be difficult for you, your family, and friends. Join us on Nov 21 in Room 154 at Eden Prairie for this encouraging and helpful one-evening event.

Ruby's Pantry

First Thursday of Each Month, 5:00-6:30p

Grace is a distribution site for  Ruby’s Pantry, a ministry to distribute food to those in our community. Receive an abundance of groceries for a $25 donation. All households are welcome to participate! No income or residency requirement.

Caring Tree

Application Deadline: Dec 8
Distribution Event: Dec 19

Are you struggling to provide Christmas gifts for your family this year? Complete the Caring Tree application below by Dec 8 to be considered for assistance with gifts, groceries, and more this Christmas season.

Then, attend the Caring Tree Gift Distribution on Dec 19 as a family! Enjoy desserts, fellowship, and a time to shop for and wrap your child(ren)’s gifts while they play.

Drop Off Gifts or Donate

Dec 1-18

Drop off an unwrapped gift for kids ages 0-18 and gift cards in $25 increments (Target, Walmart, Cub Foods, a leading gas station) to the Caring Tree bin by door 4 at Eden Prairie. Each family will get up to two gifts per child, as well as a grocery and gas gift card.

Volunteer

Want to help in-person? We are looking for volunteers to serve at the Caring Tree Gift Distribution. Sign up below to be a greeter, accompany parents while they shop, wrap gifts, or assist with kids’ activities.

Chaska

Pick Up: Dec 1 & 8
Return: Dec 15

Grace Chaska is collecting gift cards for students at Chaska Treehouse, a ministry focused on ending hopelessness among teens. To participate, simply pick an ornament off the tree in the Chaska Commons on Dec 1 or 8 and return it along with a $25 Target gift card by Dec 15.

Ramsey+

Grace offers free access to Ramsey+, a plan for living and giving the way you’ve dreamed about. Membership includes a variety of apps, classes, videos, and more to help you understand a biblical approach to stewardship and money.

Clothing & Food Needs

Are you facing food insecurity or financial hardship? Or are you looking to donate food, clothing, and household items? We encourage you to check out PROP — a local nonprofit partner dedicated to providing resources to families in need in our community. 

Crossroads Career Network

Exists to help unemployed or misemployed people find practical, effective job search strategies and spiritual help. 1:1 coaching, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting options available.

Homebound Visitation

Pastors and members of the visitation team are available to visit our members who are hospitalized or homebound. Call our Care Team at (952) 224-3000 or click below to make a visitation request.
