The Director of Grace Kids will enthusiastically minister to the next generation of children (Nursery to 5th grade) by implementing our vision and creating environments where kids can have fun, be safe, and know Jesus.

The Grace Kids Early Childhood Manager will create an environment in which all Grace Kids Early Childhood (EC) ministry is executed with excellence and care. This role will oversee the Grace Kids Early Childhood Coordinator and implement a fantastic ministry geared towards ages 6 weeks to 5 years old that is Jesus-centered, safe, and fun while building caring and pastoral relationships with families and volunteers.

The Evening Custodial Manager shall be appointed by the Director of Facilities and the Director of Operations and is responsible to lead and guide other custodial staff.

The Director of Special Needs Ministries will be responsible for all facets of the Disabilities Ministries at Grace Church. In collaboration with our Kids, Students, Family, Care and Adult Ministries, the director will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming and loving environment where children and adults with special needs, along with their families, can come to know Christ, grow in their relationship with the Lord and be part of a community. Additionally, the Director will be a resource, both spiritually and practically, for special needs families and will seek to grow the scope and depth of this ministry as an outreach to the greater metro area.

The Grace Kids Coordinator will create an environment in which Chaska Grace Kids ministry is executed with excellence and care. This role will implement a ministry geared towards ages 6 weeks-12- years-old that is Jesus-centered, safe, and fun while building caring and pastoral relationships with families and volunteers.

The Grace Beginnings Junior Preschool Lead Teacher will assist the Director in fostering the faith development of the children who attend Grace Beginnings childcare, help children achieve curriculum goals by assisting with appropriate early childhood experiences and promoting the healthy emotional, social, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth of each child involved in the program.

The Grace Beginnings Assistant Teacher will support the Grace Beginnings Director and classroom teacher with the support of the classroom needs.

The Grace Beginnings Lead Teacher will assist the Director in fostering the faith development of the children who attend Grace Beginnings child care, help children achieve curriculum goals by assisting with appropriate early childhood experiences and promoting healthy emotional, social, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth of each child involved in the program.

The Grace Beginnings Substitute Teacher will support the classroom in the event of the teacher’s absence by maintaining regular classroom policies and procedures, facilitating daily activities, and assisting children ages 0-5 years in their curriculum.

The Grace Beginnings Assistant Teacher will support the Grace Beginnings Director and classroom teacher with the support of the classroom needs.

The Young Adult Ministry Female Associate will support the Young Adult Director in implementing all areas of the ministry. She will support the mission, vision, and strategy of the Young Adult ministries by seeking to make young adult disciples of Jesus Christ across the street and around the world. Specifically, the Young Adult Ministry Female Associate will divide her time into two areas: shepherding and discipling female young adults and administrative support for the Young Adult Director and ministry.

This Communications Coordinator of Grace Beginnings Academy is part of the Grace Church communications department. This position is highly involved with planning and execution efforts specific to Grace Beginnings Academy and will work closely with that team.

Paid childcare opportunity on Monday nights during re:generation — a care & discipleship program for anyone who is struggling. We want to provide childcare so attendance is not a stumbling block for parents who desire to pursue their own health and healing.

The Sunday Barista will serve the Lord Jesus Christ in the Hospitality department by providing welcoming hospitality and serving food, beverages, and gift items from the cafe on Sunday mornings.
